The current offer of artworks available for sale is available in our store (link above).  Not all the artwork featured on the site will be available in the store.  If there is a specific image you are interested in, please reach out at info@adelphastudio.com and we can discuss a potential commission.

Yes!  Both Ann & Meg are open to discussing specific commissions. 

Returns Policy

At Adelpha Studio, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully:

1. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, you may request a full refund from us (Adelpha Studio) as the payment collector, provided that the request is made before your order goes into production. Once production has begun, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.
2. Coupon Refunds: If you forget to apply a valid coupon code before placing your order, the discount amount will be refunded to you by us (Adelpha Studio). Please ensure that you apply any available discounts at checkout to maximize your savings!

Print-on-Demand (POD):
Print-on-demand is a printing technology and business model that allows artists and creators to produce custom products, such as art prints, apparel, and accessories, only after an order is placed. This means that there is no need for upfront inventory or large-scale production runs. Instead, each item is printed individually, enabling creators to offer a diverse range of products without the financial risk associated with traditional manufacturing. This model is particularly popular for artists, as it allows for greater flexibility and personalization while reaching a wider audience.

Pic-time is our trusted partner for hosting our store and managing the production and fulfillment of our artwork. They ensure high-quality prints and reliable delivery.  They work with a variety of partners who produce and ship the artwork.

 Absolutely! Print-on-demand is a legitimate way to share and distribute art, and it encompasses a wide range of artistic expressions. Both of us at Adelpha Studio, as a photographer and a multi-medium artist, create original works that are then printed through our print-on-demand partner.

Every piece begins as an individual creation, whether it's a stunning photograph or an intricate painting. The print-on-demand process allows us to maintain the integrity of our artwork while making it accessible to a broader audience. Each print is produced with care, ensuring that the quality reflects our artistic vision.

By utilizing this model, we can offer a diverse collection of art that celebrates creativity, while also reducing waste and eliminating the need for large inventories. We believe that every piece of art, regardless of how it is produced, carries meaning and can evoke emotions, making it just as "real" as any traditionally created work.

 Unless specifically noted in the product description, our prints are open editions.  However, we will rotate images in and out of offer as we develop more work.

Our prints are shipped directly from the various print houses that fulfill our orders and the orders are tracked through our partnership with Pic-time.  The production times are estimates based on the working relationship.  If you have a question or a concern about shipping, please reach out to us at info@adelphastudio.com or to the support team at support@pic-time.com.

In our initial orders, we have noted that vendors can sometimes ship multiple packages for a single order and it isn't necessarily clear how many more packages are still coming.  If you notice anything else, please do reach out.
